Enjoy the Moab outdoors in our spacious 2 bedroom (plus loft), and 2.5 bathroom townhome (Unit 7A2). Conveniently located just 6 minutes from downtown Moab, this unit offers ideal all-season access to all of the area activities.

This fully-modern and like-new residence features a fully-stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, dining room and enclosed patio with gas grill. The Rim Village Vista development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (heated late March - late October), hot tubs (heated year round), tennis court and playground.

The residence offers a two-car garage for parking and bike storage, and there is plenty of off street parking for trailers etc. This townhome is set up to be the ultimate family-friendly vacation rental featuring an arcade game in the loft, bike repair stand and tools, pack/play, booster seat, games etc.

Bed Configuration:

Master Bedroom - King and TV (Main Floor)
2nd Bedroom - Queen and TV (2nd Floor)
Loft - Queen Sofa Sleeper (2nd Floor)

Book seven or more nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during Jeep Week).

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets,etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.
One of the ways we're doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Moab retreat

The unit is a few miles outside of town which we actually liked. It was quiet and private. We used the outdoor hot tub to relax after days of hiking in the parks. Condo was very clean and well appointed, and quiet. Great stay!

Returning home to Moab

The house was equipped with all that. Needed, including sugar for my morning coffee. It was clean I was alone so it was adequate but for a family the living room only had seating for 5.

The patio had 2 tables and when the air was clear of the California smoke the view of the Milky Way was spectacular. It’s “dark skies” there and worth being 5 miles from town. Unfortunate it’s near the highway so it was noisy on the patio both morning and night but it was quiet in the house. I would rent again

Great place to stay for extended time in Moab

We originally reserved on vrbo for a 2020 trip that was canceled. We received a credit for our deposit, so we booked direct to save the fees. The price increased a large amount for 2021 (for all companies), but premier worked with me to ensure the cost was reasonable. They advertised the location as 2 bedroom with a loft, so what a pleasant surprise to find it was a 3 bedroom with a loft! The inside was beautiful, sparkling clean, and was well appointed with amenities, above and beyond what I have experienced at other vacation rentals. (Full spice cabinet, shampoo conditioner and soap in bathroom, lots of small appliances for kitchen, gas grill on porch included). The kids loved the arcade upstairs as well. The pool was a short walk away, with the only downside being it was packed every day from 2pm-6pm and still busy until sunset. We definitely would consider again if we ever return to Moab in the future.

Great place!!

Wonderful place. Very clean. Great location. Nice pool and hot tub. We had great views from both sides-mountains on one side the cliffs on the other. We would definitely stay here again.

Moab, Utah visiting the parks and hiking

Spent four nights in Moab and loved having this beautiful home to retreat to after a full day in the parks. The home had everything we needed to prepare food in the kitchen, grill on the patio and have a glass of wine in front of the fire place. We had easy access in and out of the property with the garage code.
