Our townhome (Unit 98) is located directly across from Purgatory Resort and is a perfect basecamp for your vacation no matter the season. The townhome features 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms and is an end unit offering additional windows and natural light. The gourmet kitchen with granite tile counters and stainless steel appliances includes a bar with seating and opens to the main living space and dining area. Enjoy great views of Engineer Mountain and the ski slopes from either balcony or take a short walk to the beautiful community gazebo with space for outdoor dining as well as a fire pit and outdoor bbq area. The home is located near the Purgatory Flats trail head, one of the finest and most scenic hikes in the area as well as a stocked pond for fishing. The master bedroom features a gas fireplace, Smart TV and balcony with amazing views of Engineer Mountain.

In winter there is a free on demand shuttle across the highway to Purgatory.

Bed Configuration:
Master Bedroom - King with TV and Ensuite Bath (2nd Floor)
2nd - Queen & Bunk Bed (Single over Single) (2nd Floor)
3rd - Double/Full (2nd Floor)

For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
