Our 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2,200 square foot townhome is located just across highway 550 from Purgatory Resort and is 24 miles north of downtown Durango (less than a 30 minute drive).

Enjoy the convenience of being at the ski resort, yet have the privacy and additional space of a townhome (that is part of a duplex) with a two car garage. The resort is both an amazing winter playground, and offers a wealth of all your favorite mountain activities in a cool and comfortable summer climate at 8,900 feet in elevation. For ease, there is a free on-demand shuttle to the ski resort in winter.

The home is adjacent to over a million acres of national forest land and backs one of the finest hiking trails in the area. Unlimited adventures await in the incomparable San Juan National Forest with walking access to three watersheds with abundant trout and extraordinary vistas of the Needles Mountains.

The new home is perfect for multiple families as it features two living spaces on different floors as well an open floor plan, great kitchen and a large deck off the main living space.

The home is located near the Purgatory Flats trail head, one of the finest and most scenic hikes in the area as well as a stocked pond for fishing and a playground and in winter, there is a cross country ski trail right out the front door. 4 WD is NOT required in the winter.

Main Bedroom - King Bed with TV and Ensuite Bath (Main Floor)
2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed with TV (Downstairs Floor)
3rd Bedroom - Queen Bed with TV (Downstairs Floor)
4th Bedroom - 2 Bunk Beds (single over single) (Downstairs Floor)
5th Bedroom (Bottom Floor Living Space) - Full sofa sleeper (Downstairs Floor)

The home is pet friendly (2 pet max) and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).

Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied.

For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club.

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding, etc) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, etc) activities.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer
travel insurance.

Family Ski Trip

Two families ski vacation over New Year's Eve. A very easy home to spread out in and enjoy being together, but not feel crowded. Comfortable and relaxing.

Exactly as advertised

Stayed in 107 Tacoma for a week in late July. The townhome is fairly new and was in great condition. We were two families (4 adults and 4 preteens) and there was more than enough room for all of us. Kitchen was well stocked, place was really clean, plenty of towels and starter supplies of TP, shampoo, soap, etc. Washer and dryer were like new and good quality.

Had a minor issue with access to community trash receptacles - mgmt was quick to reply and helpful.

Would definitely stay in this unit again and with Premier Vacation Group for sure.
