Our 3 bedroom/2.5 bath ski-in/ski-out condo (Edelweiss 15) has a been completely remodeled and offers access to the slopes right out the back door adjacent to the main 6 Pack Lift.

The townhome offers mountain views from the balcony and multiple windows, a wood-burning fireplace in the main living space as well as 2nd living space with a game table and sitting area in the loft, which makes it perfect for multiple families.

Bed Configuration:
Master - King with TV and Ensuite Bath (3rd Floor)
2nd Master - King with TV and Ensuite Bath(Main level-2nd floor)
3rd - Queen with TV (3rd floor)
Loft - Queen blow up mattress (3rd floor)

The lower level also has a large laundry room with full size washer/dryer and we also have a pack/play crib as well. Enjoy the Needles views, Purgatory’s signature mountain range of 14,000 foot peaks, from the living room, dining room or the private deck. The townhome features a 2 car carport and additional parking for 2 more cars tandem. Just steps from the slopes, Edelweiss is one of the most desired locations on the mountain.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
