This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom NEWLY UPDATED condo is clean, comfortable, near downtown shops and restaurants and trail systems.  There are only 5-8 stairs leading up to the condo.

Bed Configuration:
Upper Bedroom - King (TV)
Main Level Bedroom - Two Twin Beds
Living Room - Queen Sleeper Sofa

A five minute drive reaches Historic downtown Durango and the Durango Train, plus restaurants, shops and entertainment.   Driving about 30 minutes to the north takes visitors to Purgatory Resort and the high San Juan Mountains.  Mesa Verde National Park, a noted World Heritage Site, is about a 40 minute drive to the West.

Inside the home, the main level includes a large, open living room with TV, wood burning fireplace, plus a ‘hidden’ old-school turntable with vinyl tunes under the spiral stairs.  Adjacent to the living room is a dining room with a table for six.  The galley style kitchen includes a full compliment of appliances, ample cookware and utensils. Main level also has the twin bedroom plus 3/4 bathroom. Upstairs is a large king bedroom with sitting area, TV and 3/4 bathroom. This unit has been recently remodeled, so waiting on updated photos of the new bathroom upstairs.

Outside the front entry to this home, is an open balcony, with outdoor camp chairs to provide outdoor living space and the firewood supply.  There are only 5-8 stairs leading up to this condo.

The community hot tub and heated swimming pool are located a short walk away, and the pool deck has plenty of room for lounging.  Also at the pool area are multiple gas grills and outdoor dining space for fun and enjoyment without having to leave the grounds.  Locker rooms for changing and a dry sauna are located inside next to the hot tub area. A clubhouse room is available for group gatherings (please contact us to schedule reserving this room).

POOL IS OPEN MEMORIAL WEEKEND TO END OF SEPTEMBER; HOT TUB IS OPEN YEAR-ROUND.

While staying at this very comfortable condo, guests will have the convenience of being in Durango with all the conveniences of town, being close to wedding venues, Fort Lewis College for graduation, the start of the Iron Horse Bicycle Classic and the Durango Train as well as a short drive away from abundant outdoor activities in Southwest Colorado.

Hillcrest Golf Club, Durango’s premier public golf course, is a five-minute drive from this condo, as is the main campus of Fort Lewis College.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Awesome Stay in Durango!

Property had everything we needed. Kids loved the pool and hot tub access. Location was awesome - minutes from downtown, across the street from Fort Lewis College, and 1/4 mile walk to awesome hiking/biking trails. Would definitely recommend this spot, and we hope to stay there again.
