Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms charming historic home is the perfect combination of historic charm and modern elegance. This home, located in the heart of downtown Ouray blocks from the Ouray Hot Springs pool, is all about its exceptional location. Located within walking distance of Ouray's fine restaurants, shops, and one-of-a-kind galleries, this location is unbeatable. The sunroom features a great Pac-Man game system for you to enjoy!

Bed Configuration:
Master Bedroom - Queen Bed (Main Level).
2nd Bedroom - Bunk Bed/ Single over Double (Main Level).

This property is pet friendly, and the pet is fee is $40/per day (max. $250) with a maximum of 2 dogs. The side and back yard are full fenced in.

Parking is available in the back for 2 cars. Main Street parking is available. No overnight parking 11/1 - 5/1.

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we follow CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc., are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
