The home features a roof top deck perfect for enjoying the iconic red rock views and views of the surrounding La Sal mountains. Our well-appointed townhome is all about its central location which provides ideal access to all of the area attractions - National Parks, mountain biking and hiking trails, OHV trails and one-of-a-kind scenery. This residence features a fully-stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, dining room and wrap around patio with gas grill and roof top deck with amazing views! While staying in this townhome, guests are immersed the unique Red Rock and Slick Rock topography giving you a sense of the wide-open Wild West that Moab is so famous for. Enjoy a panoramic view of the incredible Moab vistas from the second floor rooftop deck, or lounge in the cool shaded patios located on the ground level. Relax and unwind on the cool desert nights and enjoy stargazing in the private hot tub, located just outside the downstairs bedroom. The townhome's southwest style and natural finishes are a perfect compliment to to the Moab landscape. The layout and bed configuration are ideal for multiple families or groups of friends with 3 large bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom!

While trailers/ATV's are not allowed to be parked in the driveway per the HOA, there is plenty of parking along the curb near the townhome.

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets,etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.
One of the ways we're doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
