Our beautiful 2 bedrooms 2 bath loft is all about its location and access to everything! It's amazing location right on Ouray's historic Main Street, which is known for its diversity of shopping and dining opportunities. You'll be minutes from the warm waters of the Ouray Hot Springs Pool, and a quick walk to many of the areas wonderful outdoor activities.

In addition to its unbeatable location, this condo features a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, beautiful open floor plan, and an outdoor seating area with magnificent views. It's the perfect setting for immersing yourself in all Ouray has to offer!

The beautiful first floor bedroom offers a queen bed and tons of natural light! The main bathroom is across the hall, featuring a beautiful stone bath area with jetted tub and shower and double vanity. The second bedroom in the open loft area features a queen bed, a brand new bathroom and laundry area! Our beautiful deck offers spectacular views of the surrounding peaks with an outdoor dining area, comfortable seating, and a gas grill. There is parking in the back of the alley for two cars.

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we follow CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc., are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
