Our 3,600 square foot residence is on almost 4 acres and features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and is located just 3 miles from downtown Durango and 26 miles (less then 30 minutes) from Purgatory Ski Resort.

This home is in one of the nicest residential settings in the Durango area and features amazing views of the mountain surrounding downtown Durango - yet is just 5 minutes from downtown Durango. Enjoy an alpine setting with exceptional views, while being close to all of the incredible amenities and recreation you come to Durango to experience.

The luxury residence features amazing outdoor space with a hot tub, gas fireplace, outdoor dining table, BBQ Grill, multiple seating spaces and amazing views from both inside and outside.

The home features a large gourmet kitchen, pool table, an office (high speed WIFI), multiple living spaces making the home perfect for more then one family.

The home is not pet friendly.

While the road to the home is paved, 4WD/AWD is required during heavy snow conditions in the winter season.

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
