Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom 2,200 square foot townhome (Unit 2B) is located in Cascade Village which is less than 2 miles north of Purgatory Ski Resort, 26 miles (less then 30 minutes) north of Durango and 25 miles south of Silverton (less then 30 minutes).
Furnished with high-quality furnishing including a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and seating for 8 in the dining room, this exceptional property also features an open floor plan cathedral ceilings and a loft area with a 55 inch TV, Sony Play station and foosball table. Views of the Needles Mountain range from the balcony are breathtaking.
**There is only space for one vehicle in the garage as the owner keeps a personal vehicle in the garage. You can also store bikes, ski gear etc. in the garage. There is additional parking for two vehicles in front of the garage**

Master Bedroom- King with TV and Ensuite Bath(Main level)
2nd bedroom-King with TV (Upstairs)
3rd bedroom-2 sets of twin bunk beds (4 beds) (Upstairs)
Loft-Queen Pull Out Sofa with TV (Upstairs)
Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Cascade Village, are NOT pet friendly.
Cascade Village is less than 2 miles north of Purgatory Resort, 26 miles (less than 30 minutes) north of Durango and 25 miles south of Silverton (less than 30 minutes). Free on-site amenities at Cascade Village including an indoor heated pool, sauna, outdoor/indoor hot tubs, pool table, outdoor tennis court, ski rental shop (with discounts) and a ski shuttle to Purgatory. There is also an onsite restaurant (The Lift) open Wednesday through Sunday for dinner.
All of the Cascade Village units are equipped with reliable Fiber Optic internet service with an average internet speed of up to 50 Mbps and guests can stream their favorite movies and TV shows on their preferred provider (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) using the smart TVs in the unit. With fast and reliable fiber optic WIFI, guests can stream on multiple devices. Cable TV is not available in any units at Cascade Village.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Great Vacation Townhome!

Girls trip!! Spent 7 days and 6 nights in this beautiful Townhome. Loved the location!! Halfway between Durango and Silverton. We had an amazing view of Engineer Mountain from our deck. I spent every morning on the deck drinking my tea and enjoying the view and wildlife. Townhome is tastefully decorated and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. Only suggestion...fix the fireplace. We had a few rainy evenings and a nice fire would have been amazing. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Excellent place to relax on a family getaway.
The town house was very nice and well kept. Plenty of things for kids to do while not outside enjoying the beautiful area in Durango.

When our reserved condo had a flooding issue, we were upgraded to a nicer, larger unit, and we were allowed some say in where it was located (near the ski area versus in Durango). That's something you wouldn't get through VRBO or another solo renter. The place we ended up in was amazing for us.

Awesome Townhome with Amazing location & Views!
We booked the Cascade Village 2B unit for a six-night family vacation in early Oct. 2018. We had three adults and three kids staying in the unit. After looking at dozens of units in the Durango/Silverton area, we decided on this unit and are so glad we did! I communicated with Keith Brant from Premier Vacation Rentals and he was amazing. He provided very prompt answers to all of our questions and gave us great insight as first time Durango visitors. The townhome is excellent in every way. Here are a few observations we made that are not always present in vacation rentals:
• All beds were very comfortable and had several pillows, blankets and sheets for each bed
• The unit was very clean and nicely decorated- making the stay that much more enjoyable
• Each bedroom contained one or more box or pedestal fans for noise/air circulation
• The unit had several carbon monoxide (CO) detectors installed- VERY important
• The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, silverware and even had a supply of K cups for the Keurig
• The fireplace was amazing- the unit also has central heat
• Ample parking in front of garage
• Very quiet complex with almost no traffic or neighbors during our stay
• Easy access to large trash dumpsters just down from unit
• Very easy check-in, check-out, and communication process
• Nice community amenities; including a clubhouse, indoor heated pool/spa, and 2 outdoor heated hot tubs.
As I said, we looked at dozens of options and asked lots of questions before reserving this unit. The unit exceeded our expectations! The only thing I’ll add is because this is roughly 30 minutes from Durango and Silverton, there is not a lot of shopping or restaurant options real close. This was not a problem for us, but prepare to drive a little if you eat out a lot. In summary, I highly recommend this unit for your vacation needs

We had an enjoyable stay. The place was clean and plenty of room for everyone in our party. There were TVs in all of the rooms and even video games for the kids. The view from this condo was spectacular. I would recommend this place to everyone. We will surely stay again if we ever travel back to Durango.

Fantastic vacation property and agency

A great location to relax in the mountains. A fantastic kitchen and enough space for everyone to relax and spread out. The townhouse was very clean. Updated and the pool and hot tubs are awesome. We will be back and we will choose this unit again. A first rate property and rental agency.

Cascade Village Condo Vacation

The condo was absolutely perfect and Keith was so helpful in getting us in. If you have kids keep in mind the game room closes at 5:00pm but other than that it went well beyond our expectations. We can't wait to return in the winter!
