Black Bear townhome (Unit 90) is located directly across from Purgatory Resort and is a perfect basecamp for your vacation no matter the season. The townhome features 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath. The gourmet kitchen with granite tile counters and stainless steel appliances includes a bar with seating & opens to the main living space & dining area. Enjoy great views of the ski slopes from either balcony or take a short walk to the community gazebo with space for outdoor dining as well as a fire pit and outdoor bbq area. The home is located near the Purgatory Flats trailhead, one of the finest and most scenic hikes in the area as well as a stocked pond for fishing. The master bedroom features a gas fireplace, TV and balcony. All of the bedrooms along with the main living space have flat screen TVs. There is a 1 car garage or catch the free on-demand shuttle or simply walk across highway 550 & be at the lifts in less then 2 mins.

Master Bedroom - King Bed with TV and Ensuite Bath (2nd Floor)

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
