Walk into the open living and kitchen space with tons of natural light, a large smart TV, pullout sofa, and patio doors leading to the beautiful large deck! You'll love spending your evenings relaxing by the gas fire pedestal and being inspired by the breathtaking views! This home features a queen bed and separate bathroom, has a well-stocked kitchen, and is just a few blocks from all the shops and restaurants in downtown Ouray!

Other great features are the private laundry, a 1 car garage, and room for trailer parking on the west side of the property!

The home is dog friendly (2 dogs max), and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250). The unit is above the garage with about 14 stairs to the living quarters.
The owners occasionally use a lower west-facing unit without access to the rental or the garage. They park on the west side of the property; you are welcome to park a trailer or truck with a trailer there as well.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
