The spacious master bedroom features a king bed, large flat screen TV, and beautiful private bathroom. The comfortable and well laid out guest rooms will be a welcome retreat for kiddos and adults, alike. Everyone will love spending time taking in Ouray's abundant sunshine on the lovely patio area featuring a fully fenced yard. Make sure to bring your pup, this home is pet friendly!

Bring your jeeps, ATVs, Kayaks, and hiking gear during the warmer months or take one of Ouray's beautiful scenic Jeep Tours. In the winter- take a shot at Ice Climbing at the amazing Ouray Ice Park or bring your snowshoes or skis. This home is only about an hour from popular skiing area in Telluride or and only about 40 mins from the more relaxed Kendall Mountain, in Silverton! You'll fall in love with this home and all Ouray has to offer!

The home is dog friendly (2 dogs max), and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we follow CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc., are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
