We offer three work desks including one monitor, keyboard, and mouse for your "work while vacation" needs!

The internet is fiber optic with 300 Mbps, so you'll never be slowed down while working.

Both bedrooms are comfortable and bright, offering a fabulous night's sleep.

You'll be within walking distance of all Ouray offers, including hiking trails, shops, restaurants, and the Ouray Hot Springs Pool!

Our deck offers a propane gas grill and seating, and the back hallway provides room to store a couple of bikes or ski gear.

Parking is available on 6th Avenue. Trailers can be parked in the oversized vehicle parking lot, located at the west end of 9th Avenue.

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we follow CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc., are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.


Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes resulting in a shortened stay made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
