Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo (Unit 104) is located at Peregrine Point which is the newest building at Purgatory Resort. The condo is located on the north side of the building offering amazing mountain views.
Walk across to the main plaza for convenient access to restaurants, ski rentals, deli and great shops as well as the primary high-speed lift, Purgatory Express, to the top of the mountain.
The condo is decorated with high-end furnishings and the kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and complete cooking utensils for making great meals. The main living space features a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV and a deck enjoy the great views. The deck also has two chairs and small table as well as an electric grill. The Master bedroom has a gas fireplace and both bedrooms have a TV. Parking is unassigned outside in front of the building.
The condo also features a washer and dryer.

As with all condos in the Peregrine Point building per HOA Rules, pets are not allowed.
For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Great stay

Place was awesome. It is a much bigger condo on the inside than the pictures make it appear. Place was super clean, had everything we needed. Our party cooked every meal at the condo and had everything needed. Super convenient location. Walk across the small parking lot and up 34 stairs and you are at the village plaza and a short 100 yard walk to Lift #1 Purgatory Express. We will be back

Another Great Vacation in Durango

This condo was perfect for my family of four. It allowed us all to be on one floor and the girls had their own room to play in. The lay out was nice and open and the kitchen was fully stocked. It's just steps away from the resort and having garage parking was a great perk with the incoming snow. I would definitely stay in this property again.

A Very Pleasant Stay

This was my second stay at this unit. It is clean and well appointed with very comfortable furnishings.. The sleep experience was quite good with the exception of flat, lifeless pillows. The kitchen has good cookware and high end appliances. The view from the deck is fabulous, especially with the emergence of Fall colors in the distance.

Great location and well equipped home

Absolute dream

This place was the perfect get away!! Everything we needed to be secluded yet close to the city. We had no idea we rented on a ski resort and will definitely try to get back when we’re able to take advantage of the situation. We loved this place. There were 2 of us but would have easily housed 8-10.

Best Place Ever!
My husband and I and another couple stayed here for 5 days, and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect to catch the train ride to Silverton, hiking trails, gorgeous scenery out the living and both bedrooms. The place was very clean and well kept. Will be staying at this place again!

Great Condo!
Had a great time! enjoyed the condo very much. Bottom floor condo was conveniently located to indoor heated parking. Just two flights of stairs up to the base of the resort. Kitchen had everything we needed. Comfortable stay for 3 adults and 2 large teenage boys.

Ski week
Our family decided to go to Pergatory for ski week! We lucked out with powder skiing everyday!! Our condo at Perigrine 104 was wonderful. Beautifully decorated convenient location just steps away from the lifts.
Loved the spa and hot tub at resort. Very clean, too.

Peregrine Point

This was a very nice condo with easy access to the everything near the plaza (just a small hike up the stairs). The condo was new and even included a rack to hang skis outside our door. The only complaint was that the elevator to the garage wasn't working on our first day so we had to carry our stuff up the stairs- but that was fixed eventually. The pool/spa are located in a nearby condo so you have to walk to get there.

Amazing Views! Beautiful Condo!

Unbelievable views to the east of mountain range. Beautifully decorated condo, with all amenities including all appliances. Loved our 7 nights here; hated to leave. Very comfortable, and centrally located to visit Montrose/Ouray/Silverton to the north and Durango/Mesa Verde to the south. I definitely will go back to this condo if we are back in the area.
East facing, and sun comes in strong mid-morning until noon, which can heat up the condo. We kept blinds closed during that time, and with the cool outside temps, the condo was comfortable.
Can't recommend this condo enough.

Chicks on sticks ski weekend

A long weekend get-away for 7 ladies from Durango. The condo was perfect. We had additional ladies stop in for happy hour and dinner a few nights, and the the kitchen/living area was more than adequate to accommodate us. Unit was clean and comfortable except the master bed which was a bit soft but the real problem is it had a rubberized or plastic mattress cover that I found uncomfortable and disgusting since body heat (and it does make you sweat) would just sit ion top and make everything wet.
The rental staff was very attentive to needs and took care of everything promptly.

Beautifully appointed. Nicely decorated. Gorgeous views. Steps to everything Purgatory and minutes to downtown Durango. This property made us feel right at home! We took a couple of hikes to Cascade Creek and Ice Lake...beautiful in the Fall. Spent some time exploring the great restaurants Durango has to offer. This was the perfect spot to explore the area. We will definitely be back.

The only complaint is that there is no A/C. It was 78 during the day, and quite warm in the condo. We followed the instructions to keep windows open at night and closed until the afternoon. The problem with this is that you have to close up all the windows until around 2PM(all the windows face the morning sun), making the condo dark.
Rachel, Thanks so much for your review and the high marks on this residence. It's true that air conditioning is very rare at 9,000 feet of altitude with average temperatures that rarely justify having it, hence the instructions on closing the blinds facing west when the sun is directly shining in. It's the afternoon sun that really heats up the residence if that is not done. Low temperatures at night are in the low 50's in the summer, so we rarely ever have an issue keeping units like this cool at the ski area. Further, its not necessary to keep the blinds closed until 2pm since none of the windows in this condo face west. By 10am, the sun is high enough that is no longer comes in the east facing windows. That said, we're sorry that was a challenge during your visit and we look forward to your next stay.

This condo was perfect for our ski trip. It was close in proximity to the village. A walk across a street and up a flight a stairs and you are in the village. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed, including a crock pot. However, please note there is no hot tub in the building and there is an extra fee to use the hot tub across the street.

We really enjoyed our stay at Peregrine Point. It was the perfect place to stay except for the beds. The guest bedroom was hard beds and the master was soft so it was a mixed blessing. All in all it was the best.

Great condo. Very nicely decorated with all the amenities you will need. Only comment is that Purgatory (DMR) has very few restaurant options (only two). You will need to make a 30 min drive into Durango for multiple restaurant options.
Thanks for the feedback. There are 2 additional restaurants two miles south of Purgatory as well. Thus, there are 4 restaurant options without having to drive back into Durango.
