Our 1,100 square foot Cascade Village condo (Unit 362) (less then 2 miles north of Purgatory Ski Area, 25 miles south to Durango) featuring two bedrooms and two baths is a great escape for a mountain adventure. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen, electric fireplace and private deck. It is fully furnished and offers all the comforts of home

Mountain decor, an open living plan, and comfortable furnishings and linens all contribute to its warm atmosphere. Both bedrooms along with the main living space contain a flat screen TV.

Bed Configuration:
Master Bedroom - King with TV (Upstairs)
2nd Bedroom- Queen and twin bunk beds and TV (Main floor)
Main Living Space - Pull out queen sofa with TV (Main floor)

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Cascade Village, are NOT pet friendly.

Cascade Village is less than 2 miles north of Purgatory Resort, 26 miles (less than 30 minutes) north of Durango and 25 miles south of Silverton (less than 30 minutes). Free on-site amenities at Cascade Village including an indoor heated pool, sauna, outdoor/indoor hot tubs, pool table, outdoor tennis court, ski rental shop (with discounts) and a ski shuttle to Purgatory. There is also an onsite restaurant (The Lift) open Wednesday through Sunday for dinner.

All of the Cascade Village units are equipped with reliable Fiber Optic internet service with an average internet speed of up to 50 Mbps and guests can stream their favorite movies and TV shows on their preferred provider (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) using the smart TVs in the unit. With fast and reliable fiber optic WIFI, guests can stream on multiple devices. Cable TV is not available in any units at Cascade Village.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Perfect getaway

Great Place to Stay!!!

I was very impressed with the overall cleanliness of the property. Very clean and very well furnished with everything we needed to make our stay extremely comfortable. And the jacuzzi tub in the master bath was a nice bonus!!!

Beautiful Location.

Be prepared to climb stairs in high altitude. ���� It was a perfect place for our family. We liked having the master and a separate room for our kids. Plenty of room. Bath tub with jets. This was close to Purgatory ski resort and to a family cabin so perfect for us. This condo does face the mountain from the balcony. Would stay again!

Great stay in Cascade Village

Perfect spot for our family of 5. This was our first time to Durango and Purgatory Resort. The location was great for us. Most of the traffic coming into Purgatory is coming from the other direction, so getting into the resort was a breeze. We rented skis from conveniently located Performance Sports. The kids enjoyed the pool/hot tub/sauna in the afternoons. We loved having easy access to wood for a fire in the fireplace.Only negative would be weak WiFi which may just have been mountain location more than anything else.

Colorado Get-Away

Finding a place was easy and we were able to share info for the ones we liked with the friends we were meeting to get their input. We loved the area and the condo was great. We had a small issue trying to figure out how to lock the door but a neighbor was able to help us so that turned out okay. There were plenty of towels when we found them and the beds were very comfortable. The price was good with a pay for 3 nights, get the 4th night free which appealed to us all. Everything turned out well and we were able to relax and enjoy vacation time like never before!

Cozy, cabin-like feel in the comfort of a condo

Everything you'll need for a short or lengthy stay. King and queen beds are very comfy, but the twins could use some work. Other than that I have no complaints, all around a great choice

Cascade Village

The stay was wonderful! The condo was very clean and neat. It was furnished with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the front office staff was very friendly. The pool/hot tub were clean and entertained my kiddos quite well. The location was FABULOUS, just two miles from Purgatory Ski Resort, 30 miles to Durango, and 20 miles to Silverton. I have no complaints at all! We loved every minute and will hopefully make this visit a yearly thing.
