Our 3 Bed, 2 Bath two-story condo, located a mile from downtown Ouray, features amazing views of the surrounding peaks and the Uncompaghre River. It is located just across the street from the River Walk trail, with convenient walking access to the Ouray Hot Springs Pool and Park and downtown Ouray.

Master Bedroom - Queen Bed (Main Level)
2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed (2nd Level)
3rd Bedroom - Bunk bed, twin over full (2nd Level).

There is room for one car in front of the garage. Trailer parking is available on the west end of 9th Avenue.

This is a two-story upper unit that sleeps up to 6 people. Our condo features a gas fireplace in the main living space and a nice dining area and kitchen that are perfect for your next Ouray vacation with family or friends. The bathroom on the main level features a tub/shower combination, while the upper-level full bath has a walk-in shower.

You'll find a propane grill on the deck for your use.

The home is pet friendly (2 pet max), and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).

There is one dedicated parking space for the unit located in front of the garage; there are spaces for additional vehicles on the street off the roadway. There is a free parking lot at the west end of 9th Avenue in town for trailers and oversized vehicles.

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we follow CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc., are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
