Our 2 bed, 1 bath neatly furnished condo is located on the west side of Ouray, approximately one mile from downtown and across from the Uncompaghre River. This location provides easy access to the Riverwalk Trail, located right across the road from the complex, which leads to the Hot Springs Pool and Park and into the heart of downtown Ouray.

Main Living Area - Sleeper Sofa.

This condo is perfect for a peaceful getaway in Ouray! Cliff Top condo features in-floor radiant heat throughout and a gas fireplace in the main living space, which provides additional coziness. It has two decks with mountain views -- one in front with a built-in bench and a covered deck off the kitchen with a gas grill and small table and chairs. Cliff Top is a one-story condo located one level up above the unit's garage. The garage is available for guest use. There is also parking for a second vehicle in front of the garage.

The home is pet friendly (2 pet max), and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).

Parking: There is a single car garage for your use and room for one car in front of the garage. Trailer or oversized parking is available at the west end of 9th Avenue in town. Parking is free.

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we follow CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc., are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
