Great location! This one bedroom condo is at Purgatory Resort and about a one-block walk to the ski lift and the Main Plaza where you will find shops, restaurants, ski rentals and more. The condo is on the ground level with NO STAIRS. Free parking is available immediately outside the entrance to the building with a parking permit provided to guests at time of check-in. Angelhaus building has a hot tub for guest use.

Bedding Configuration:
Bedroom - King with TV (Main Floor)
Living Area - Full size Futon-style Sleeper Sofa (Main Floor)

Location, comfort and style, are combined to create a wonderful home and fantastic vacation rental experience. This Condo is located at Purgatory Resort, and about 30 minutes from downtown Durango, Colorado, in the shadows of the rugged San Juan Mountains of Southwest Colorado.

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Great location!

Nicely updated condo. Super easy access to skiing, just a few minutes walk out the front door and you are the base of the high speed 6 pack. And at the end of the day, find the "secret" trail to ski right back to the front door. Bring your own food to cook in the condo as dining options are limited.

Well appointed condo

Just as described, nice little spa onsite. Easy access to the parking lot for loading and unloading gear. This condo has everything you could need for summer and winter stays for a family.
The house keepers could give a touch better details to under the couch/bed sweeping.
