Our secluded cabin on Coal Creek features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and is located just 4 miles (7 minutes) from downtown Durango and 31miles from Purgatory ski area.

Situated on 7 acres offering privacy and seclusion - yet just mins from downtown Durango and at an elevation of 7,000 feet, always cooler in the summer than downtown. Enjoy an alpine setting with room to roam and exceptional views, while being close to all of the incredible amenities and recreation you come to Durango to experience.

The cabin features awesome outdoor living space which includes a gas fire pit, dining table, outdoor couch and BBQ gas grill and Coal Creek runs adjacent to the property (seasonally).

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
